We’re not a big travel corporation with glossy brochures.
We’re a small team of road junkies who’ve spent years chasing horizons, sleeping in cheap motels with buzzing neon, eating questionable diner food at 2 a.m., and arguing over the perfect playlist for long empty stretches.
Everything started when a couple of us got tired of generic “top 10 destinations” lists that ignored the real magic – the drive itself.
So in late 2023 we said: screw it, let’s make something for people who actually prefer the highway to the hotel.
A handful of drivers scattered across time zones.
Some of us have crossed Route 66 three times (once on a motorcycle in pouring rain).
Others have looped Iceland in winter when the sun barely shows up.
We’ve surfed Australia’s east coast waves, chased Portugal’s Atlantic sunsets, and learned the hard way that sheep have priority on Icelandic roads.
We don’t pretend to know every corner of the planet.
But every word on this site comes from real miles, real mistakes, real sunrises seen through a dirty windshield.

We hate filler content.
We hate “sponsored by” nonsense.
We hate guides that tell you to “must-see” the same five spots everyone else is photographing.
So we keep it brutally honest:
costs that are actually realistic,
routes that still feel undiscovered,
tips that saved our asses more than once.
Because the road fixes things.
Bad day at work? Get in the car.
Life feels stuck? Point it somewhere new.
